Cancel at least 24 hours before your lesson for a full credit refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable, because that time is reserved for you.

From two hours ahead up to sixty days ahead. Open times come straight from your instructor's availability, so anything you can see on the calendar is genuinely bookable.

If your instructor judges the roads unsafe, they cancel the lesson and your credits are returned in full. Light snow is usually a lesson worth having, and your instructor will talk you through it.

Packages are prepaid hours at a discount. The hours land in your account as credits, they never expire, and you can spend them on any lesson type.

No. Package credits stay in your wallet until you use them, and any lesson you cancel in time is refunded as credits.

You can hold an Alberta Class 7 learner's licence from age 14. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian holds the Ummah Drivers account and gives consent for lessons.

You must hold your Class 7 licence for at least one year before the Class 5 GDL road test. Most students are road-test ready after eight to twelve hours of instruction — your progress page tracks it.

Yes. Book the Road Test Prep package and tell your instructor the test date — the car comes with the required registration and insurance documents.

Your instructor calls or texts it on lesson day when they arrive for pickup. We send a six-digit code to confirm the number belongs to you.

Use the 'Forgot password?' link on the sign-in page. We email a reset link that works once and expires after one hour.

The account holder stays the guardian for learners under 18. Lessons, progress and receipts all live in that one account, so a parent can see exactly what was taught.
